SPLISH SPLASH with some CPR
After Christmas we are right back into the pool so don't forget to bring all your essentials!!!! Grade Ten's and 12's - sorry no splashing for you, as you are taking your CPR. Meet in the gym for these classes!!!

Cheating in Sport
You must have your report ready to present for the following days:11C Thursday Nov 25, and 11K Tues Nov 23. Remember to include in your presentation the following information: Why would an athlete choose to use this, what is it, what are the medical dangers associated with it, how does it work, and which sports primarily use this method.
Remember I will also give you Wed November 17to research 11C (2 periods), and 11K (2nd research class).
